- My name is Shawn Murphy and I hope you follow the culinary trail ahead with me as I search out local producers and those in this beautiful country to change the face of culinary in the region. As the founder of Artisanal Palate I am trying to bring the passion back to the table and get people eating food again. Today no one is having fun eating...if you can even call it that. Everything comes from a box and somehow making pasta has become too hard.
